In our Maternal Community, we focus on providing comprehensive support to mothers before, during, and after childbirth. We know that motherhood is a transformative journey that can bring emotional and physical challenges, which is why we offer resources, support, and safe spaces where every mother can feel heard and supported.
Our program has been designed to offer education, emotional support, and access to essential resources, ensuring that every mother has what she needs to experience motherhood with confidence and well-being.
💜 Guidance and support during pregnancy and postpartum with certified doulas (in person or virtually)
💜 Emotional support spaces and talks on maternal mental health
💜 Access to lactation counseling and milk bank creation
💜 Workshops on prenatal care and pregnancy exercises
💜 Monthly support groups with other mothers to share experiences
💜 Connection to community resources and basic assistance
💜 Access to guest professionals, including specialists in maternal health, emotional well-being, nutrition, and more
